About Us

HomeFree-USA and AllRegs have joined forces to train consumers through their new partnership, HomeCoach-USA!

HomeFree-USA, one of the largest homeownership development and HUD intermediaries in the United States, has partnered with AllRegs to develop an education program for homebuyers and homeowners. With the first online courses expected to be launched in October 2012, these training resources will circulate widely within the mortgage industry, churches, counseling agencies, the media and the public at large.

Consumer training for homebuyers and homeowners will focus on financial education, maintaining a home, preventing foreclosure and buying a home. All training will be based on core content developed and used directly with consumers through HomeFree-USA’s counseling services. The program will be delivered through the powerful AllRegs Academy education platform, and includes both online and webinar formats. Courses will be made available directly to consumers through counseling agencies, with an opportunity for banks, credit unions and mortgage lenders to provide the training to their members and clients.

“Financial literacy is an important part of the consumer home buying process, and we are excited to join forces with HomeFree-USA to deliver these training resources,” said Dan Thoms, Executive Vice President of AllRegs. “Using a core foundation of key principles of mortgage lending regulatory practices, housing counselors will learn best practices to helping consumers with the American dream of buying, maintaining and keeping their homes”.

“With 50 community-based affiliated agencies nationwide, this education program will help countless consumers across the country learn the home buying process and what it takes to get into and keep their homes,” said Marcia J. Griffin, president and founder of HomeFree-USA. Consumers will benefit from the combination of our homeownership counseling expertise with AllRegs’ training excellence and delivery.”
